With our Support Contracts you get UNLIMITED Telephone and Remote Support, with a pool of EMERGENCY CALLOUTS per Server or PC / Laptop. The majority of problems can be resolved remotely. If a problem is unable to be resolved remotely, we will arrange to visit your site to fix the problem.

Support Contract Customers get a proper Service Level Agreement (SLA); with initial call-back, and call-to-fix timescales. This gives peace-of-mind that when a support issue is raised that it is entered into our Ticketing system with a priority based on the SLA.

Proactive Management

Managed IT Support isn’t just about fixing problems. It’s also about making sure that systems and Services are properly looked after. Our Support Contracts include monitoring and updating of devices, systems and networks, to make sure they are up-to-date. We also manage Services such as Office 365, Backup, Anti-Virus and Encryption. When users join or leave we assist with adding or removing them, and any setup of machines for new users to give them authorised access to the necessary systems” with – “We work with you to manage users when they join or leave and grant or deny access as required.

Just need a few hours’ support?

Ad-hoc Hourly rates

Ad-hoc IT Support is also available with an hourly rate. This is without an SLA, and has a lower priority than Support Contract Customers.
